God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.

Day 92: Sunday, August 9

Today I pray for the courage of elected leaders to protect consumers from surveillance pricing that uses our personal data to increase the costs of goods we seek. I pray to protect marginalized communities from high tech price gouging.

Day 93: Monday, August 10

God of peace, reveal just paths to end wars in Ukraine, the Middle East, and where violence, suffering, and oppression have gripped people. May the few leaders creating havoc cease wreaking destruction on many lives around the globe.
