100 Days of Prayer (s23): Days 29-35

Begin with the prayer below, then go to the prayer for the day.

God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.

Day 29: Sunday, June 8

God of peace, we grieve the rise in violence in our neighborhoods and

communities. May we be instruments of Your love, courageously choosing

peace, advocating for resources, and lifting up those working to heal.

Day 30: Monday, June 9

Today I pray for all families separated by immigration policies. May they feel

Your comfort in the waiting. Stir our hearts to recognize the dignity of our

brothers and sisters, and to reform laws to prioritize compassion.

Day 31: Tuesday, June 10

God of compassion, we lift up our elders—keepers of wisdom and witnesses to

history. May they be protected from neglect, abuse, and isolation. Inspire us to

honor their dignity with attentive care, advocacy, and love.

Day 32: Wednesday, June 11

Loving God, bless all foster families and the children in their care. Grant

strength to caregivers, healing to children, and wisdom to all who work to place

children in safe, nurturing homes where they can thrive.

Day 33: Thursday, June 12

God of shelter, we lift up those who lack stable housing or live with constant

insecurity. May we work together to create communities where everyone has

access to affordable housing and supportive services.

Day 34: Friday, June 13

Today I pray for communities marked by generational poverty and systemic

injustice. May investments in education, jobs, and wellness replace cycles of

neglect. Inspire leaders and neighbors to act with vision and resolve.

Day 35: Saturday, June 14

Divine Advocate, give us the courage to confront violence with compassion and

solidarity. May we listen to the stories behind the statistics and walk alongside

those working to end cycles of harm and restore safety for all.
