God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.
Day 85: Sunday, April 12
God of peace, we lift up all those affected by the conflict in Iran. Protect innocent lives and calm the forces of violence and fear. Lead nations toward dialogue, restraint, and lasting peace.
Day 86: Monday, April 13
Loving God, we pray for military members deployed in preparation for war. Protect them from harm and strengthen them in body, mind, and spirit. Surround their families with comfort and hope during times of uncertainty.
Day 87: Tuesday, April 14
Creator God, as extreme weather and rising heat place many at risk, we lift up those most vulnerable. Protect those without shelter, those without access to cooling, and those struggling to afford basic utilities.
Day 88: Wednesday, April 15
TAX DAY - God of justice, on this day we reflect on the ways our shared resources are gathered and used. Guide leaders to steward public funds with fairness, transparency, and care for the most vulnerable.
Day 89: Thursday, April 16
God of provision, we lift up those burdened by rising prices and the cost of daily living. Ease their stress and provide for their needs. Inspire communities and leaders to act with fairness and care.
Day 90: Friday, April 17
God of truth, we pray for new voters preparing to take part in the upcoming election. Grant them wisdom to seek understanding and make informed decisions. May they participate with a spirit of responsibility and hope.
Day 91: Saturday, April 18
Loving God, we lift up the children in our communities. Protect them from harm and ensure they are nourished, cared for, and safe. May they grow surrounded by love, opportunity, and support.
