100 Days of Prayer (s27): Days 29-35

Begin with the prayer below, then go to the prayer for the day.
God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.
Day 29: Sunday, October 4
God of Justice, Compassion, and Mercy, you created every person in Your image and entrusted us with the sacred responsibility to care for one another. Awaken our hearts to Your mercy and our call to justice.
Day 30: Monday, October 5
We pray for those struggling to afford food and healthcare, experiencing homelessness, and seeking safety while living in fear. May our dear neighbors impacted by inhumane policies be assured of support, hope, and courage.
Day 31: Tuesday, October 6
Faithful God, give us courage to speak when others are silenced, perseverance when others are marginalized, and hope when it all seems overwhelming. Remind us that every person belongs and deserves respect.
Day 32: Wednesday, October 7
We pray we are all moved to build an inclusive, just, and compassionate world where faith and hope are renewed, and future generations may live in harmony, unity, and peace.
Day 33: Thursday, October 8
God of Promises, may integrity, morality, and faith guide us to vote for genuine servant leaders who work towards the common good and acknowledge the need to repair the harm inflicted on our common home.
Day 34: Friday, October 9
We pray for separated families living in anguish as their loved ones are detained. May they be provided with assistance, safety, and opportunity to reunite with their loved ones and heal from their trauma.
Day 35: Saturday, October 10
Accompanying God, strengthen advocates, organizers, healthcare workers, and service providers who may be experiencing burnout. May their wellbeing be prioritized and their hope be renewed.
