God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.

God of peace, halt the destruction we cause to one another through violent conflicts in Israel, Ukraine, and other regions. Enable us drop our weapons and find common ground that leads to peace and prosperity.
Day 23: Monday, February 12
Today I pray for brothers and sisters inundated by atmospheric rivers dumping rain on California and the southwest. Reveal a path to recovery for those whom have lost so much. Help us care for our environment and each other.
Day 24: Tuesday, February 13
On this eve of Lent, let us celebrate in ways that bring us closer to one another, and closer to You, O God.
Day 25: Wednesday, February 14
ASH WEDNESDAY - Lord, enable me to draw closer to You in this season and always. Grant me wisdom and humility so that I may do nothing that draws attention to me, with all glory given to You.
Day 26: Thursday, February 15
Today I pray for our elected representatives to commit to changes at the U.S. southern border. Prevent immigration from being a wedge issue and let us work together with courage and compassion for solutions that help people.
Day 27: Friday, February 16
God of creation, lead me to care for our common home in two ways: reducing my carbon footprint and my plastic consumption. Motivate me to change easy habits and clean up our home to benefit each other for generations to come.
Day 28: Saturday, February 17
Today I pray that people in need of any type of financial, legal, or medical assistance can receive it. Dismantle systems that disadvantage my brothers and sisters. Help me contribute to equitable and fair care treatment for all.
